When you complete the income evaluation we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the state you live in, and your answers about your retirement timeline, age range, income goals, savings range and when you would like to act. We also record the page you arrived from and any advertising parameters in the link you followed.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and deliver your income evaluation.
- To introduce you to an appropriately licensed independent advisor in your state.
- To contact you about your evaluation and your appointment, by email, phone and text message.
- To improve the material we publish.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the independent advisor we introduce you to, and with the service providers who run our website, email, phone and scheduling systems on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages and calls
By submitting the evaluation you consent to be contacted at the number you provide, including by automated technology and text message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law.
Security and retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
